Plant Magic Miami is ready to green up your events from October to May!
Miami is always HOT, in a good way! In the summer, it is HOT in a bad way. Bad for us humans, that is. The plants love the humidity, but even many of them get tired in the extreme heat, showing signs of stress. Pest pressures build in the summer heat, and we have a new pest of the month with every turn of the calendar. We humans who work outside taking care of our plants don’t love the summer months. Try loading a box truck with heavy plants in 90 degree weather with 90% humidity, and you’ll soon feel an immense appreciation for the person who invented air conditioning! Plus, do we really have to talk about hurricane season???
Not only is it hot, but our Miami events season winds down after the Miami F1 Grand Prix in May, and slowly starts up again in October, but really kicks into high gear for Art Basel and Miami Art Week. We are troopers at Plant Magic Miami, and have worked through the summer, only to be disappointed at the lack of business, so if you have a June, July, August, or September event, we are sorry to inform you that we won’t be here to help. It is not a decision we took lightly, but the costs far outweigh the benefits, and we are switching over to a seasonal business model, and will be closed from June through September, effective 2026. Thank you for understanding!
