In 2010, our founder built out a large edible plant pavilion for Florida Blue at South Beach Wine and Food Festival, and continued it for 3 years running. Families walked through to see tomatoes growing on the vine, smell fresh herbs alive and thriving in pots, touch the fleshy green tops of an onion plant, and more. 

That was the first iteration of what is now her full-time business, Plant Magic Miami.
